3.5 WRITING A NEW EMAIL

To write and send a new email, press CONTROL N (NEW) and Thunder will say "new message window". Start typing the email address of the recipient. It may be completed for you if it is in your email’s Contacts address book.

If you are sending to more than one person, put a comma after the first email address and type the next email address. Don’t put in a space.

Now press TAB. If you want to send a copy to someone else, type their email address here and a copy will be sent to them.

TAB again to the subject line where you type a title. Choose something meaningful to the recipient as it will appear in their inbox.

Press TAB again and Thunder will say "pane" or "message". This is the place where you type your message. To go backwards through these items, keep pressing SHIFT TAB. You can write your email in Microsoft Word and then copy/paste it into where it says "pane" if you prefer.
