3.11 SENDING DOCUMENTS AS
ATTACHMENTS
When you have written and saved your document in Microsoft Word,
come out of it with ALT F4. Go into your email package and write an email to the person you want to send your
document to.
Office 10 users press ALT RIGHT ARROW, other users press ALT I and Thunder will
say "file". Press ENTER. Thunder will say "open insert". Press SHIFT TAB once for Outlook Express or SHIFT TAB
twice for Windows Mail.
ARROW DOWN your list of documents or type its first letter to get to it more
quickly. If you have a lot of documents, they may be arranged in columns so if you don’t find your document when
you ARROW DOWN, try ARROWING RIGHT as well. Press ENTER on the one you want to forward then press ALT S to send
it.
